RETURN POLICY
If you are less than ecstatic with your Turtleball™ item, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within one year of purchase (upon proof of purchase). Simply fill out the form below, and we will send you a prepaid return label. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Turtleball® sets purchased directly from Turtleball® or an Approved Turtleball authorized seller come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Send us a picture of your damaged product with proof of purchase and we'll replace it, free of charge, forever. This warranty is not transferable.

QUALITY & PERFORMANCE
In the rare case that your gear is incorrect or damaged in transit, or that you experience issues with quality or performance of your gear, we will make it right. Please contact our Customer Service team at email info@playturtleball.com for further assistance.
EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges through our online store. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order from our online store. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If the price has changed, email info@playturtleball.com and we'll match the price you originally paid.
