RETURN POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days or without Turtleball proof of purchase, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. Without the original Turtleball proof of purchase, the value of your return will be based on the last known selling price of the item and your refund will be issued as a Turtleball eGift Card. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
WARRANTY POLICY
All Turtleball® sets purchased directly from Turtleball® or an Approved Turtleball wholesaler come with a LIFETIME MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Send us a picture of your damaged product with proof of purchase and we'll replace it, free of charge, forever. This warranty is not transferable.
QUALITY & PERFORMANCE
In the rare case that your gear is incorrect or damaged in transit, or that you experience issues with quality or performance of your gear, we will make it right. Please contact our Customer Service team at email info@playturtleball.com for further assistance.
EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges through our online store. If you would like to get an item in another size or color, simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order from our online store. This is the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement item. If the price has changed, email info@playturtleball.com and we'll match the price you originally paid.
